''Bidens amplissima'' (Vancouver Island beggarticks) is a rare species of flowering plant in the daisy family. It is known only from Vancouver Island on the Pacific Coast of Canada, on the mainland of British Columbia, and in the nearby US State of Washington.〔(Biota of North America Program 2014 county distribution map )〕 There are some reports of the plant also being found in Manitoba and Nebraska, but these are almost certainly introductions.〔Ganders, F.
